Alejandro is our 2nd Shift Painter at Gardena.  Mr. Valladolid displayed exceptional productivity by continually performing all tasks and completing jobs scheduled for him and routinely finishing additional jobs.  Mr. Valladolid also performed his own masking when necessary to complete additional jobs and had perfect attendance in June.

Roberto is our 2nd Shift Wet Process Supervisor at Carson.  Mr. Salazar took on greater roles and responsibilities in June 2008 and excelled at these additional tasks.  Mr. Salazar was instrumental in training and cross-training employees on crane operation and wet process techniques.  In addition, Mr. Salazar was asked to take on more of a personnel management and job expediting role at Carson, including scheduling jobs, manning departments, and pushing parts through the different processes.
