The Customer Information Center (CIC) is an area where you can view information about your orders at our shop. Here are some details.

• You will know immediately when we've finished the planning stages and have released your order to the shop.
• You can see your request date and our target date based on types and quantity of processes, shop workload and complexity.
• You will know when shipping documents have been created and can then schedule a pickup.
• Pickup scheduling is also available through this system as well. This is subject to available drivers and workload. You must also qualify for this service.

You can gain access to the CIC by contacting Krystal Redmond with Customer Service at 323-770-0240 x1207. Your will be given a password that your company can share, once setup is complete.

This system has been tested with the following browsers:

• Internet Explorer 7 and 8 (You will need to enable third-party cookie handling which is disabled by default in IE.)
• Mozilla Firefox 3
• Google Chrome 2
• Opera 9 and 10
• Maxthon 2 and 2.5 (Use IE engine so you must enable third-party cookies in IE. See enabling below.)

Browsers have been changing at a rapid pace since this was tested. If you are having problems with your current browser please inform customer service. Tell them the version of the browser you are using and we will see if there are any work arounds for you.

If you were a user of this system before and are wonder why you have to change your settings now, it's because we have wrapped their page within our page on the new site to give it a more integrated feel, making their domain a third-party to the coast domain name it's being served from. See "How do I enable third-party cookies in Internet Explorer" below.

In Internet Explorer and Maxthon browsers you will probably get an error that looks like this.

Not to worry, our site runs third-party content and needs IE to accept thrird-party cookies in order to use the CIC system. At our site this is completely safe and all other browsers except IE will do this by default. That is why it works without any adjustment to the other browsers named above.

1. Click on: Tools > Internet Options

2. Next click the Privacy tab.

3. Now click the Advanced button.

4. Then check the box next to "Override automatic cookie handling."

5. Be sure that Accept for both First and Third-party cookies are selected.

If so, click OK on both open windows and then close and re-open your browser.

You should now be able to access our site without errors.

Hit the Backspace button on your keyboard and make sure if it's a number field you don't add any characters. (e.g. Weight = "500" not "500 lbs") Pounds are assumed in this case.
